      The Pete Knows Real Estate team started when Pete moved to San Diego in 1992. He worked for RE/MAX for almost a decade and quickly became the number one agent in the company. Always looking for a new challenge, Middleton opened a Keller Williams in La Jolla in 2006. Following in his father's footsteps and proudly bringing the family name out west, he later founded the luxury boutique brokerage, Middleton & Associates Real Estate.

      image Steer clear of Pete, Andrea, and the Middleton Team for renting! This team is a nightmare, jeopardizing your well-being and peace of mind. They procrastinate on issues, leave you uninformed, and manipulate the law to their advantage. Trusting any part of their operation is a risk you shouldn't take.

      I am sorry you feel that way mark we did everything to accommodate your move out. We followed rental procedures and with the damage that you left the unit in we needed to get estimates to fix everything that you left damaged. We rebated more then you should have received for the way you left the place and for also giving us less than 30 day notice that you were not going to sign your new lease. I guess when you are a victim and take no responsibility or accountability it is easy to criticize hard working business people. Sorry you feel this way but take a look in the mirror I would be embarrassed if I left someone’s property in the condition you left mine.

Inquiring from out of state we had started reading through different blogs in the area to find out more information and getting an idea of the different areas.
