Been coming here for manny years and always loved it wish they would have electricity with campsites, but so far best place for camping on the ocean.

Awesome place to be out from every day city life! We are trying to get here at least once a year in summer, to escape heat of the valley. Dont forget a warm jacket because it can get nice and cold here, yet fantastic weather around 60F -70F during the day, and if you will be lucky no wind. Camp gets busier close to the weekends and if you want to get better spot consider to come earlier Thursday? It is better to call up front to the ocean cove store and see the situation they are very nice and friendly and keep their campground clean all the time

Really pretty spot. We showed up at 6:30PM on a Friday long weekend and got one of the best spots. We slept in the back of the open truck bed to the sound of the surf. The campgrounds are well spread out and it was quiet, clean, and came with a picnic bench and fire pit. The shop sold everything including wood.
