I spent over an hour on chat with two different tech people from my newsletter company. They didn't think my problem could be solved without extensive coding. They referred me to their expert section. From that section I contacted AnnexCore and had a short video call and screenshare with Heral. In literally less than a minute, Heral was able to identify a setting in my plugin that completely solved my problem. I was so grateful! My problem is solved and Heral was super helpful and professional. Some other sketchy company could have taken advantage of me and charged me a bunch of money, done no work, edited the plugin and taken all the credit. Very impressed. Highly recommend!
