Conroy Creative Counsel handled the design and branding of my website. I'm very happy with how everything worked out. Karin and her team did a great job of listening to me and designing a site and a brand that was in line with my vision. They've also handled SEO, content creation, and Google My Business optimization for my firm. I'm a very happy client and I would strongly recommend Conroy for other lawyers.

Professional, but cold. Be prepared to conduct business in writing despite a warm, personal welcome to the fold. After a great initial experience in which business occurred with a lovely personal touch and I learned several tech and workflow ideas, nearing the initial launch and afterward, the individualized experience changed. The owner, Karin, and I butted heads when I acknowledged that as part of her onboarding process, her contract and agreement included a continuing obligation to utilize her firm for site management. Although I hadn't realized this, or forgot, we resolved that issue amicably and I was pleased to proceed with her firm. However, it's now several months since my site's launch. I've ended up feeling forced to learn and make many updates to the site myself. Still worth the initial investment. Unsure about whether it's worth the year-long obligation to stay with the firm afterwards. It doesn't seem to provide additional value after the initial build.

I researched and interviewed three separate companies for our firm's website management and SEO services. Two of the companies that I interviewed were large national companies. The third one was Karin's company which I was referred to. When I spoke to Karin, she impressed me from the beginning. Her knowledge about SEO services was far more superior than the other two companies. Since hiring her, she has been very responsive and hard-working. In fact, I am the one who is not responding to her emails fast enough. She is constantly emailing me with new website contents and checking in with me about our website and SEO. Clearly, our firm hired the right person and company. I have been impressed with Karin's work ethic and responsiveness.
