The Optimal Cleanse is the hands down the best rice protein powder/meal replacement. I have a smoothie with this as the base for breakfast every morning. Oh and they do 2-day shipping on Amazon!

Emailed and called over 5 months now. NO response. They changed the ingredients of vegan prenatals to include animal products and have not refunded me or sent the correct product. Horrible company! I have been a long time customer and i am shocked they dont seem to care anymore. Heather Lee in customer service finally responded when i threatened to write a review if they didnt respond but still no refund or product. Buyer beware!!!

I too am very discouraged. Have been waiting two weeks for my order and nothing. I have emailed several times and received no response. They are apparently still in business as they charged my credit card with no problem for my order and you can buy some products on Amazon. But something is definitely wrong here. I will be contacting the BBB and disputing the charge to my CC.
