Positively the worst customer service I have received from any company ever. Products are great. Customer Service is frustratingly mind-numbing. I am embarrassed for your company and that I have recommended your products to so many. I have contacted customer service 4 times this past week about an order that should have shipped, but still hasn't, and the chat agent ended the chat without responding to my request to cancel the order. Email response is 48 hours. Phone support does not exist.

Been a customer for nearly two years. 5 s for the product but order processing needs improvement. If I pay more for 2-day UPS shipping then I expect my order will be expedited. What needs to be processed, placing my order in a box? 48 hours later when contacting customer service vie chat through the website to see if my order has shipped, I get a copy/paste that somewhere on the website it states processing order will take 1-3 days, plus UPS 2-day shipping. Guess Im the dummy for thinking that my order would arrive in a timely manner.
