This place is the best thing that ever happened to me. The staff really cares about your recovery. They will give you the tools needed to succeed in your day to day life. I would recommend this place to anyone thats in need of any substance abuse.

My experience at divine detox was great. The staff is very welcoming and is there at anytime day or night to help you through your recovery process. They did an exceptional job at making me feel as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this treatment center to anyone struggling with addiction.

I was admitted to this facility for (20) days in Jan/Feb, 2022. First of all, I would like to state the fact that this is not the facility that it advertises for. On their website it indicates that medical professionals are available 24/7 on site. This is not true. There are no medical professionals on site. The doctor and nurse visit this facility from outside facility when needed. Their own employees dispatch medications to the patients. I was given the wrong dose twice by the unqualified dispenser. Dont know why they advertise that this is a luxury facility. It is just a regular facility as any other Detox center. All of the facilitys sanitizing dispensers were out of service for the whole duration I stayed. Also the restrooms did not have hand napkins and when I requested for one they provided two small hand towels to be shared by other occupants. This is so unhygienic specially during the peak covid pandemic. I reported this to their Operations Director and he gave the excuse as a supply chain issue. They were out of hand napkins and sanitizers all (3) weeks that I stayed. They should stop the false advertising that it is a luxury facility. They also solicit almost all patients to extend their stay sothey can make extra money. During the time of admission they are so fast to instantly book your air tickets to enroll you in the program. My insurance had approved my stay for (20) days but my councilor kept pressuring me to extend my stay. They also dont tell you about pre-admission costs that you have to bear. I wasnt told upfront that I will be taken to an emergency outpatient for medical check up prior to admission. I was only told about this by the driver who came to pick me from LAX airport. The additional bill that I have for this is $800.00. Had they told me about this in advance, I would have declined their service because I thought they have medical professions on site 24/7 as per their advertisement . They also have lot of miscommunications/inconsistencies within their organization- your councilor will tell you something but it will change overnight without any notification. I had also mentioned this to their Property Operations Manager but, to date, he has not reacted to the facts I highlighted. So if you consider going to this facility, please make sure to get all the facts about the services and this facility. Dont rely on the reviews because most of the reviews are posted by their own employees.
