I would give this place zero stars if I could. Awful management that literally randomly assigned us to new roommates ON THE DAY we were moving in. Sometimes they don’t respond to emails and when they do, it is super slow and inefficient. Charge you $25 for opening the door for you when you forget your keys. They also charge you $250 for releting your room to another tenant. They ask you to move out 15 days prior to the new tenant’s move-in (COVID, which is fair), but they even charge you for the days on which you’ve already moved out. The environment is horrible. Walls are thin and the wooden floors make every single sound your upstairs neighbor make audible (have reported but nothing changed). Whoever designed the building structure is just horrible at their job. If you live near the main courtyard then you can hear every single word people are saying downstairs. There are people playing ping pong (whose genius idea was it to put four ping pong tables in the main courtyard when hundreds of students are living around it?), screaming and laughing sometimes until 2am. If you want some peace and quiet when you sleep and study, and would not like to deal with a money eating management, DONT EVER live here.

The experience has been horrible this last year. The management team took forever to address my subleasing request and they failed to help resolve disputes between my other roommates. I had to cover months of unpaid shares of the electricity because of the possibility of the termination of the lease for removing myself as the head of the account. I was also charged fees upon moving out for failing to remove the trash from the apartment despite moving before my other roommates left and turned in their keys. Honestly choose any other community cause this one is not worth the price.
