We have been working with Sam on our home project to take down a load bearing wall and we are pleased with his work. I liked that he enjoyed small projects and the city engineer approved the plans the first time they were submitted. He also has come by to inspect the work our contractor has performed and advised the corrections that needed to be made so our home would be structurally sound. I highly recommend.
