Ardy is great! Hired him to draw up some plans to remove two load-bearing walls and was happy with the quick turnaround. The city permitting office asked for additional specifics, and Ardy provided in the updated plans very quickly. During construction, we ran into an issue with our general contractors on a weekend and Ardy was responsive and able to help clarify and answer some questions. Would hire him again; he's very friendly, clear, and detailed.

After calling many structural engineer companies, my husband and I found Ardy from Artin Engineering and Design. After speaking with Ardy on the phone, my husband and I decided that we want to hire him to inspect our home for damages. Ardy is extremely knowledgeable in structural engineering and home inspections. He is professional, honest and very patient. Ardy answers all of our questions and addresses all of our concerns. His inspection of our home was very thorough. His Structural Evaluation Report includes repairs recommendations which was so helpful for our general contractors to follow. Ardy goes out of his way to work with our general contractors and our work schedules. I can't thank Ardy enough for his knowledge and his professionalism. If you need a competent structural engineer to assess your home, you need to call Ardy. He's worth so much more than his service fees. My husband and I highly recommend Ardy from Artin Engineering and Design to anyone who needs a structural engineer to assess their home.

We haven't been able to hire Arty yet, but our contractor damaged some structural parts on our home.  Arty responded very quickly and gave us some feedback and a bid.  We will be asking our contractor to pay for his services due to his responsiveness and knowledge.

I had just started a kitchen remodel project and reached out to 4 structural engineers in the area to assess removing a load bearing wall. Arty was by far the most helpful and responsive of all of them. He was very responsive via phone text and email and really tried to understand the situation in detail. Even when we hit roadblocks during our remodel he quickly responded to support and even came onsite on a Sunday to help problem solve. The remodel turned out fantastic and I've got pease of mind knowing it was done properly.  Prices were fair and upfront. I would highly recommend! Thanks Arty!

During the general home inspection for buying a new home a structural defect was discovered and I contacted Artin Engineering to inspect the property.  I spoke with Ardy who was very responsive, professional and answered all my questions giving me the piece of mind I needed to know, it was a great house with no apparent structural issues.  Highly recommend this firm, as I have worked with structural engineers on a previous home, and they can be difficult to reach.
