I'll give you my honest review about Encore Apartments in Orange managed by Infinity Residential without mentioning names. I moved out after my three 1/2 years in early October. Almost renewed but glad I didn't. The first leasing agent was great. The second not so much but has gotten better when I gave my notice. The unit was one of the cleanest units left and the new tenant who moved in said the same thing. I barely used the oven, like new Carpet condition was like new. I used 3M Command Strips everywhere. No painting needed I even left my $250 ceiling fan for the new tenant. And the cleaning fee. Whopping $380 was charged. I knew there was a cleaning fee but wow!

Understanding that despite people's issues with the leasing agents when it comes to getting an immediate response the technicians are amazing and work hard to get the job done right. They are personable, friendly, and infomative in explaining what might have caused the problem in the first place so it can be avoided for next time. They respond to emergency calls quickly and schedule routine/required repairs promptly. Things to keep in mind, if you're property owner doesn't approve a repair there's nothing the property management can do and they cannot move forward until they get that approval. Slum lords are real people

Stay Clear! The property management is not even close to professional. Billy gets "good reviews" by blackmailing tenets in exchange for money back - nice bus. practices Billy Fact they have no idea how to run a business, Non-stop problems the whole time I lived at their property. Total lack of communication, high employee turnover, OHSA violations, the original guy I singed on with left with in 3 months! The "owner" of this company, Billy's Dad is the "Board" so go figure we got some orange county 30 something year old who "owns" the business his daddy help set up. Once I learned this the behavior started to make a lot more sense. Billy has no skin in the game, and doesn't care about you as a renter :) Nice try, STAY FAR AWAY! trust me, you'll be glad you did.

Unprofessional, unethical, and distasteful are an understatement of Nancy's and Michael's team. Condescending and unwilling to return phone calls or texts right after they text you. They use each other as pawns (excuses) and hide behind texts and emails. Stories changes. Prices change. Avoid this company.

Unprofessional Group of people trying to run a 10 person companyCompletely unresponsive and rude towards customers.Lot of people seem to be having the same experience :)
