These guys have done such a great job every time I have reached out. Which fortunately doesn't have to be too often. Raina is not just a customer service rep but truly a member of our community. That cares about what is happening here. They have a great working relationship with our on-site maintenance also. Such a blessing to have peace of mind about who you can call when there's a problem.

I am a homeowner that uses this HOA and Raina is extremely helpful every time I have an issue with something that needs attention. I honestly feel she is the one that runs EVERYTHING over there! Raina thank you for all you do, it does not go unnoticed!

I had a very positive experience working with Jonathan De La Torre with an after hours emergency call. I was very certain that I had a leak within my walls and called the emergency line to try and get someone out to address it. Johnathan picked up and listened to my issues and came up with a plan. I was confident I had a leak but from the my description of the issue Johnathan didn't think it was an actual leak. He explained to me that he didn't mind having someone come out but if it turned out to be a false alarm I could possibly be on the hook for the emergency call. He was very transparent in his explanations and was trying to save me on a big bill in case it actually wasn't a leak. I got home and turned on the main valve like he said and the "leak" I was hearing disappeared! I felt a little stupid afterward but at the same time also was relieved there wasn't a leak and also very appreciative that Johnathan took the time to listen to my problems and make a proper diagnosis over the phone. It seems like he's been doing this for a while and really knew the common issues in my community. Thanks Johnathan and the team at Nexus. You guys are a night and day difference compared to our previous HOA management community

Nexus has been really wonderful in helping my husband and I settle into our new home. Raina, specifically, has gone above and beyond in quickly responding and helping with all of our questions. We feel really great about having this property management taking care of us. Thank you all!
