The worst service!! Always understaffed. Last time I went in there Lucy was very rude and bothered because I wanted my nails a certain design. They dont do the best work & there product they use is cheap and they are over priced.

Very disappointed. I made an appointment by phone call, a day before and they accepted that. But on the appointment day, they said they didn't have my name on the list. While trimming the shape of nail, there was bleeding, pain, and burning sensation on almost all of the fingers, and it is still sting and painful all day. Also the nail shape is uneven.

I was going here for a while and was a decent place. During the week it wasnt too busy. I usually went Tuesday or Wednesday. I always had an appointment and was always there early. When I noticed that I was starting to be overlooked and having to wait, I was clock watching and thats takes away the relaxation you pay for. When I saw my nail tech only halfway through someones manicure and that person was very particular I knew I was done. I was a loyal customer and they obviously do not recognize that. Many reviews state the same thing about appointments, just telling people to come and being rude. Nothing has changed Time for a new owner Services: Acrylic nails, Pedicure, Gel manicures
