Marcus Powell at American Senior Reverse Mortgage made the process so easy and quick. He explained in detail what the steps would be and kept me up to date. I view a couple of companies for a Reverse Mortgage and American Senior was the best in my opinion.

Getting a reverse mortgage is quite a process but working with Richard Hettish was such a pleasure. He explained things with patience, and was always available if I had a question. I highly recommend American Senior to anyone thinking about a reverse mortgage.

Five Star just doesn't do justice. Easily a 10. Richard Hettish was, I would say, the best loan processor I've ever worked with and I've worked with many. From Day 1, just explaining the Reverse Mortgage to me, was detailed and he answered every single question I had and those I didn't know to ask. He was extremely personable and proactive and gave me information before I needed it so I would know what to expect. He prepared me well, and I had every document he needed on hand. The entire process was seamless from beginning to end. I understood the process and the mortgage more than I ever had before, even enough to explain it to my family. To add to that, he proved me with written information so I could better understand everything. There were no glitches, no hiccups, everything was in order. Another company did call me but even from the beginning I didn't get nearly the good personal service that I had received from Mr. Hettish from Day one. I just happened on calling his company, I had no idea who to call, but it certainly was the right choice. It's closed now, just a couple months and now I'm in awe that it's closed, that my life changes and looking forward to doing a few of the things on the top of my to do list. Thank. you Mr. Hettish - I never had any anxiety like I've had in previous dealings, and now I'm totally and 100% relaxed. You took the worry, the hassle and the anxiety away with your calm demeanor. And I thank you for that.
