Absolutely a fantastic transaction, start to finish. Chuck and Ricky were phenomenal to deal with. Explained everything perfectly, super responsive and the loan process was a breeze compared to other loans we have applied for. We were able to get an Equity Line without the hassle of the big banks processes. Would highly recommend them and will definitely be back in the future!

Mission loans. LLC Walks you through the whole process! Getting a loan can be a scary experience, but Rafy and Tiffany both keep you informed and make the experience stress free! Everything was delivered as promised... no surprises! I highly recommend that if you are shopping for a loan that you will be more than happy to!

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received. Everything was good up until we received a very low appraisal. I had to reach out to my loan advisor to get an update. He said he was going to dispute the appraisal and that he would call me within a day or two after that. It has been 3 weeks since then. I have sent texts messages for updates and nothing. All I expect is communication and that has been null. Based on this experience, I do not recommend working with this company. I wish I could have given no stars.

Very pleased with the service we received from Mission Loans, particularly Steven Sauter and Ricky Lujan. There were some hangups along the way outside of Steven and Ricky's control, but they were communicative, patient, and helpful throughout the process beginning to end.
