Do you believe in magic? Fate? Unicorns?! Everything happens for a reason?!?! My partner kept saying, "Don't give up, they haven't told us 'no', just yet." We had a somewhat difficult refinance. Working hard to better our lives and provide a solid home for our babies has proven to be a bit challenging. Due to a lot of crazy circumstances we had a hard time getting our refinance approved around the board. Craig and Arletta went above and beyond trying every avenue to make this happen for us so that we could keep our home and afford our mortgage. I came across PrimeLending after already going under contract for a house. I was having issues with a different lender who was not being forthcoming with fees and closing costs. After speaking with several different lenders I chose PrimeLending. Throughout the entire process they were the most transparent and thorough company I dealt with. Craig Trulli and his team were able to come into the loan process and get it closed incredibly fast. I would definitely recommend them.
