Patriot Equity Mortgage LLC is a mortgage company designed with the idea of giving families a helping hand as families strive to achieve their goals, dreams, and success.  We do this by educating consumers about financing the purchase of their own home, especially first time homebuyers, and teaching all homebuyers how to protect their investment in their homes after the purchase is completed.  We also share how to go about minimizing the cost of buying and owning a home.

We feel this is important since the average American earns and keeps 83% of their wealth in their homes, and the average homeowner is 41 times wealthier than the average renter. We offer highly competitive rates as well as a diversity of mortgage loan programs, knowledge, and years of experience.

We also strive to promote family values, pride in our country, and pride in owning your own home as well. We are a Veteran owned company and support other Veteran owned companies. We also support Community Building Initiatives such as job training/ career skills development for Veterans transitioning back to civilian life, fighting homelessness, Community Colleges and Skills education, and supporting local charities such as Toys for Tots, and local food banks.
