Renaldo is exceptional at his job. He alleviates my pain, and also provides reasoning as to why it could be hurting, and gives me a plan for healing and prevention. Ive seen numerous PTs over the years but no one is as thorough or effective as Renaldo. I can 100% recommend to any athlete or anyone in pain.

Renaldo is the absolute best!! Amazing owner who is willing to help anyone! The gym is super clean and well kept. All of the equipment is top notch. Amazing place with amazing people. Highly Recommend!!!

Great Gym! Had one of the best workouts and got coached up by one of the coolest and legit trainers. Renaldo is a DUDE! All the equipment you need to get shredded, swole, fit however you say it! Its all there. Place is clean, legit, and is one of the nicer looking gyms in OC to work out at.
