Rating this place two stars because Ive had a great experience with the trainers and yoga classes, but an overall negative experience with everything else. I honestly didnt think Id have any issues cancelling like my friend did, but it seems to be a pattern of this gym not honoring agreement(s). I had this whole chat with one of the sales reps confirming my membership agreement and I received a shady response when I had reached out asking why I had been charged past the date we had agreed on. I was thinking of revisiting my membership when my new company benefits kick in, but unfortunately I dont think Ill be returning or recommending sports club to any of my friends. I also reached out via email a week ago re: my membership and havent received a response

this place is a total scam. for $200 a month I'm incredibly disappointed. The pool is not great and not heated, the machines are old and there aren't many of them, and the staff is rude or just nowhere to be found. the trainers are pretty good, but I'd rather work with them literally anywhere else. also, I was promised if I moved away from the facilities I could cancel my membership at any time. I'm moving to the Midwest after getting laid off and they are refusing to cancel my membership. Truly shady. The place is also not very clean and the "spa" seems to always be closed when I go. Save your money and just go to... literally any other gym

Been coming here for years. Mostly good experiences. They do need to clean up some obvious signs of wear and tear and even what appears to be mold here and in the shower areas. Invest is some deferred maintenance renovations.
