F45 Training Irvine Business Complex

In town for the weekend, my friends and I workout often & are very familiar with F45. Their head trainer, Deion, did a phenomenal job running class by himself. Exercise demonstrations & cueing were concise and easy to understand. Members clearly feel comfortable & respect his leadership in the space. As an athlete I had no trouble finding equipment out on the floor that would challenge me. Definitely one of my favorite F45 studios Ive been to!

Efficient and effective workout. My kind of workout! I am an extremely busy professional who values health so F45 fits my lifestyle perfectly. Trainers start class promptly on time and are helpful in finding the weight that suits you and will refine your position to maximize the workout and keep you safe. Even if you come a little late, you can catch up because the screens demonstrating the movements provide guidance. There are multiple time slots from early morning to early evening for you to choose from. This is great for me who strives to wake up early but doesn't always get up in time. I have the unlimited package so I can go in as often as I like. The group environment is extremely fun and supportive. On top of all this, they provide a towel to wipe off the sweat you're guaranteed going to have. Annndddd there is equipment that measures your weight and body fat percentage. Love F45!!

Trainers are excellent, especially Deion and Jayda! Price is fair and I always end up with a great workout! My only wish is that they had later classes both on the weekdays as well as the weekends. Outside of that, this place is amazing!

Love the coaching staff at this irvine f45! Theyre always helpful correcting form and incredibly motivational!

Im actually a member of a different f45 and worked out here for a few days while I was in town for work. I was so impressed by the cleanliness of the gym and amazing coaches! The energy from the coaches was so motivating and welcoming. Also the fact they have two showers is amazing! The music choice was always on point and I know if Im ever back in the area Im definitely returning. 10/10!
