Bought a brand new pair of running shoes and wore first time yesterday (Saturday 16th Mar 2024), got taken in the locker areas after my Zumba class at 11am. Nowhere to find. The place is full of thieves, Not impressed!

I came here for an interview at 10am. I arrived a few minutes early. I waited, and 10 rolls around. I decided to be patient, maybe the interviewer just lost track of time. At 10:10, nothing. I decided that if the interviewer doesn't appear by 10:15, I would quit wasting my time and just go home. 10:15 comes and still nothing. I walked up to the front desk receptionist and asked if I got the interview time right. She tried to assure me that the interviewer will be with me in just a moment. I decided to leave. No one even had the courtesy to explain what the hold-up was. I was expected to just sit there and wait endlessly for the interviewer to finally make an appearance. If I got hired and I was 15 minutes late, no doubt that would've been a write-up. It is beyond unprofessional and disrespectful to waste people's time like that, especially without even the courtesy of an explanation or apology.
