I have known Ray for a little over 10 years now. He has always worked very hard and always made his business and customers a priority. Ray taught me quite a bit about computers, storage, hard drives and their functions during the time most people were using Dell and switching to Apple products. Any questions I had or help I needed Ray was always there to resolve questions or issues. I would highly recommend him to any friend or business who needs a little help. Especially when your computer crashes, you have a lifetime of photos on it and you don’t know what to do!

Tremendous Help! 258 GB; 156,384 Files, 25,343 Folders - Specialized Data Recovery saved every file on my crashed 10 -year-old external drive which I had stupidly not backed up for years. These files and folders represented YEARS of work - all my writing, music compositions & recordings, pdfs, ebooks, email, bookmarks, photos. A Godsend. These guys are really good! They saved my entire complex folder structure which I had built up and organized for 10+ years (25K+ folders) - intact & exactly as it was before the crash. I still can't believe it a year later (and I do back ups now, like, 5 on separate drives!).
