    I found Millennium Systems 20 years ago after some bad experiences with other hosting companies. I've been working with Brad, Gary, Vic, Eric, Darlene, Darin (whatever happened to Darin???) and the rest of the team ever since. They are very professional and reliable. This company is the perfect size for us... not too big and not too small. They answer the phone and are very responsive to our needs - some of which are custom requirements that other companies just wouldn't be able to handle. I can say moving my platform to Millennium Systems has been one of the best business decisions I ever made.

    They deserve less than one star!  Their accounting practices are shoddy and non-standard, when they make a mistake they don't admit it or make it right, they increase your bill significantly without your permission, and then they threaten to shut off your services due to their mistake.  No one should use this company. They lack knowledge of basic business processes,  and they lack integrity. I moved to Millennium 9/22/2014  because they are local, I wanted to know what was happening with my data locally, and I wanted offsite back ups.  They were fine--until in 2019 they decided to arbitrarily increase my price an extra $45 a month for "more backup space" without my permission.  I was already paying $195 a month before that.  Most people pay $14.  I asked three questions, when I discovered they claimed I owed them money--despite me automatically paying them early every month, and them cashing every single check.1. How much space am I using right now, because they claimed I hit a new space tier?2. How much is the new space you want to charge me for? 3.  Who authorized the additional $45 per month?Not only could they never answer these basic questions--they actually lied to me, and told me my assistant authorized additional charge when she did not.They removed my backups without my permission - the main reason I chose them - starting 1/1/2021.  Because I had it set up automatically I continued to pay them $195 a month. At some point I reminded them they owed me money, because they were charging me separately for the back ups. They reduced my monthly fee. I continued paying the higher amount,  because I just never changed my automated billing which I controlled.I was overpaying about $41 a month at this point.  After being over charged $726 for services no one approved, then over paying for more than 1 1/2 years - I cancelled two of my outgoing checks. And then i sought to figure out what the actual credit was on my account, so I could get it all fixed and pay the new amount.Instead of providing this, or the history of my account--they came unglued and claimed I never paid a check in 2021. Since they cashed all my checks, I had to get the canceled checks from my bank and prove to them I paid it.  This points to a bad accounting practice, because you should never have money you've received and you don't know which account to apply it to, and more than a year later you still haven't figured it out.  There is a high likelihood this has happened to other people and they don't even know it, because they have no basic checks and balances for their accounting.I continued to push for the history of my account, because I was told I only had a $40 credit and I knew that could not be right.  Instead of providing it--they gave me a deadline of January 31 to pay but never told me what they thought I needed to pay--OR THEY WOULD SHUT OFF MY SERVER WHICH IS MY BUSINESS!  It turns out a guy who claims he is the CFO but he's not listed as the CFO named Chris decided he would only refund $400 of the $726 they overcharged me.  They also didn't apply the $195 check they had cashed Oct. 2021.  This was a $521 difference. When I proved the $195 with cancelled checks m-clearly their mistake--Chris & Darlene then gave me until 2/10/2023 to "pay", still never telling me what they think I owed--or they would again shut off my business.I got Brad The development manager involved, he asked me to send my spreadsheet which they have not refuted showing that I still have a credit, and then I never heard from him again.  Arlene and billing told me I was not to contact Brad I could only speak with Chris which of course has gotten me nowhere. I looked up all the officers of the company and sent emails to them, and their agent for process of service. To date they have failed to reply to me so I can only assume they intend to shut off my services even though I'm paid through March.  It's unacceptable to threaten to shut off a business of 23 years over your mistake. They didn't even apologize for accusing me of not paying them, whenever they never posted my check.  It's also unacceptable to only give me a credit of $400 when you overcharged me $726.  They may have fine technical skills though I'm not even sure of that, because they have failed to update the operating system on my server--and now it has to be totally rebuilt which is another project they've dumped in my lap. I've had to completely stop everything I do helping my minor clients to look for a new company. One of them was in the hospital, & another tried to commit suicide--to deal with their incompetence.  I can't even put into words how unacceptable their actions are.  Nobody should use this company.I know what you're thinking right now... They deserve to be sued. This is correct, and of course I will have to do so. Yet another waste of my time -- because they are incompetent.
