        Christopher is super nice and goes over above and beyond. I had placed a maintenance request because my door was coming off its hinges he was super friendly and even fixed the front door and even fixed my towel rack which was very kind of him to do. He is a very good worker and is very kind and thoughtful and he doesnt try to do his job quick only for it to not last he does a thorough job and make sure that when he comes to fix some thing, it is of good quality.

        It's a great community, and the maintenance team is also very professional. Chris helped fix the leaking pipe yesterday, which is great!

        We had requested maintenance team to replace shower head and faucet . Mr Christopher showed up within few hours and completed the job for us . He is very kind and helpful . He has lot of patience and super friendly . Thank you Christopher :)

        I went over a month with AC in July/August. Maintenance was a no show multiple times and got to the point that I threatened to sue the complex and then they fixed my unit only for it to break a week later. While the AC wasnt getting fixed they had the guts to offer me a lease renewal with 10% raise so I obviously left. This complex is not worth the price you pay. Thank God I left.
