Security in the apartments is very bad . My $18000 motorcycle was tampered while thieves tried to steal for the first time ( costed me $2000 to get it fixed) and again after 10 months they finally stole it. When I spoke to apartment people they mentioned they dont install security cameras even on the main entrances of the apartment complex and state a very dumb reason claiming those are California laws. I feel very disappointed to mention for Irvine company properties we pay a premium price as rent assuming we would live in a very safe community. I should also mention there were incidents of my friends who used to stay in the same community whose cars were tampered with trying to open the doors. In one such incident around 2am his cars alarm started making huge noise by the time he could come out nobody were on the scene. Police couldnt do anything since there were no security cameras. I m writing this review so that people will carefully check safety measures taken before they move in. Since Irvine company is renovating old apartments such as Northwood and giving it for premium rents.
