Update (2/23/2024): Today I had the pleasure of meeting Marco a new maintenance worker here at Esperanza (previously from Palmeras) He troubleshooted and eventually replaced our dishwasher. He also replaced all the dining room lights. He was super helpful. My favorite part is he was suuuper friendly and nice. Thank you Marco! I had the pleasure of receiving assistance from one of the property managers at Irvine Esperanza Apartment Homes, Delilah. Not only was she professional and friendly, she made sure I was aware and had all the information to move forward with my lease and stay in the community. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family looking for a new home with the Irvine Company. Thanks Delilah!!
