        My son went to this post office twice to get help getting his passport. He paid through AAA and completed all the government documents appropriately. Was sent to this location to complete the process. The woman who works the counter is rude, arrogant and incompetent! She gave him the wrong information both times, was dismissive, condescending, and said AAA was a scam! Grotesque behavior. Sad.

        Rudest employee ever! I walk up to the cashier window and hand her my packaged for postage. She looks at me and gives me a hard time about my package. She wanted to charge me for my own box. I said no I just walk-in This is my own box. Then she gave me attitude and said, you still need to pay for postage. I was like, I know That is why I am here. She made my experience HORRIBLE.
