Great experience working with Car Pro Kia Huntington Beach dealership. It was the smoothest transaction Ive had purchasing a car. I worked remotely with Mario and he was flexible, friendly and not pushy. Manny was great to work with too. We got the car we really wanted! Thank you Car Pros Kia Huntington Beach!

This place is a joke. Dealer consistently and systematically advertises cars for thousands less than theyre willing to sell them for. They advertise cars that are unavailable to be sold or not even at the dealership. These tactics are simply to drive dealer traffic to bait and switch customers. Heres our experience: I went in to ask about a used Toyota advertised under $12k was told it was listed wrong and is $16k and unavailable to see (it was at their Warner lot being serviced ) Left my number with Manny and asked for a call when it was ready. No call. Stopped back in to follow up and was told it sold. We then asked to see a used Kia advertised at $15k, again told it was at the Warner lot Manny drove us there and was unable to locate it. Drove back and were told it was still being certified, and would be ready the end of the day. Meanwhile Ivan (sales manager) tries to sell us a 2024 instead. We left and came back later that day for the used Kia to be told it had engine problems and is going straight to wholesale auction. Later received a text from Manny regarding the same used car as well as emails during the week attempting to sell it to us once again (the car with engine problems). Confirmed again with him that it was not being sold, he agreed. After seeing the car still listed only at a higher price, another family member reached out this time to Ivan basically the same story, price increase and unavailable when attempting to see. After time wasted and a warning from another in the industry we learned our lesson. If youre interested in reporting them or any other dealer wasting your time with these tactics you can call the DMV investigations office for your county as we did.
