        Customer service people that take calls are cold, emotionless and rude. Service duration was left hugely ambiguous. Had to reach out to them for updates and not the other way around. Convinced that they overbooked appointments and did nothing with the car for 6 hours (and counting). My problem was electrical and should have been diagnosed quickly and a realistic timeframe provided. I was just lied to. I will never bring the car back here and would advise everyone to go elsewhere. I've never had one of their cars, so maybe it's a Kia thing? I don't know. All I know is I have had cars from numerous other companies and their service departments are a million times better than these stiffs. Steer clear.
