I had a great customer service experience at Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach, and I had a great time being helped by Mike Tran. This was my first time buying a car, and he made the process clear, easy to understand, and efficient. Before we even came in, the staff at Norm Reeves were super helpful through phone. They answered all my questions and clearly listed out everything I needed to prepare before going. I came in late into the day, and my visit was nearing their closing. hours. Yet, the staff were still happy to help me out and resolved any confusion I had through each step of the process. They were happy to help! I'm extremely happy with our purchase and so grateful to Mike. This was a nice first car experience!

We had great experience and services in looking for a new Honda SUV. The sales person Mason Nyugen had been very helpful during the selective, test drive to price discussion. Mason is knowledgeable about the Honda CR-Vs, courteous, and professional during the entire process.
