      image The service was good but when the manager finish up the sale she added the warranty packet in without my consent even though I already told the sale person I don't want the additional warranty and i explained the reason why I not. so there's no such thing as miscommunication where she heard me wrong. And she didn't go over with me what and what. All she did was just show me the item that am going to purchase then the final price. I didn't question much because there was a lot of stuff so I was just thinking it was the tax that made it increase so much plus I need to go because we were there so long and my two baby we're crying so much which rush thing up even more. Now that I check the receipt from my email to find out she added that on which cost 499.00. That just Piss me off. Because I know I won't be need that at all.
