I finally made time to drop by when they were open. And what an interesting shop it is! It's a good place for gifts for your friends in design and the arts, as well as a fun place to shop for yourself. Definitely a nice vibe; friendly person was at the check stand when I was there.

West Coast Living takes care of you. Richard is super customer focused. We had a couple snags in my order so Richard sent a bottle of champaign along with the delivery of my furniture. He also waived the delivery fee. We now have a beautiful living room and we saved thousands. Thanks again,West Coast Living!

On 12/31/2018, we purchased a Natuzzi Editions Principe sectional, $2138.30 was paid with a balance of $2138.30 paid on 4/1/2019. Purchase was made at the Huntington Beach location. Unfortunately, the product had a defect, two of the sectional pieces (right chaise and inside corner) did not align in the back. WestCoast Living determined it could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. WestCoast Living ordered a new replacement sectional. On 1/18/2019, the new sectional was delivered. The new sectional had two defects. The back of the right facing chaise had a faded rough area (not sprayed correctly?). Secondly, the right chaise and inside corner piece were a different color than the left chair. On 1/18/2020, both sectionals were taken back to WestCoast Living's warehouse by their delivery personnel. To resolve the problem, we requested a full refund $4276.60 via email and phone. Attempt to replace did not work and was not repairable. The store manager would not give us a refund told us to file with our credit card company. We emailed and called the Corporate Office Director of Operations. We got no response. Store manager confirmed corporate got my emails and they were working it, but they wont return my calls or emails. At present they are in possession of both sectionals and our money $4276.60. We possess ZERO. No sectional and NO money. Update 3/2020, The COO contacted me and WestCoast Living has now refunded our money.
