The food is always delicious. The server didn't seem super thrilled but otherwise a good experience. Love that it's in a nice spot convenient to shopping area.

As often as I go to CPK, this place was probably the worst. There is a sign before you enter to wait to be seated. Well there was no host in sight even after 10 minutes. So my kids and I entered. As many workers passed by, no one acknowledged our presence. The restaurant only had 5 tables, very empty unlike all the other CPKs. Finally a lady behind the counter told us to sit anywhere we wanted. So we sat down. Then about 5 minutes passed, an elderly lady comes up to me, ( she was a worker with no name badge ) said who told you to sit here?! As I was explaining myself that we waited to be seated, but no one came and a lady behind the counter she walks away waving her hand as if she didnt need to hear further. Then starts hollering at someone to bring us menus and silverware. We received our menu and silverware and our server did not come for another 15 minutes. We are now into 45 minutes at this restaurant. We ordered our food and received our bread. I was shocked. Torn in little pieces, shape unrecognized as if someone had already eaten them, leftover overs from another table, pressed, torn, mostly just crust of the bread on the plate. Our pasta had hardly any sauce, garlic cream fettuccine was cold and it was just too difficult to call anyone for help. For a restaurant to be this slow on a Thursday night in Hollywood is almost impossible, but theres definitely a reason why. I would never go to this location for the way they made me feel and for the careless preps of food.
