        I like the customer service at the bank, but I don't give it 5 stars because they have no real bank in Hesperia, it's inside Stater Brothers. They also do not have any coins, and I can not get any nickels. Finally, I can't stand the website, which I use frequently.  Every time I log-in I have to see these fake smiling and laughing employees posing. I would prefer to see animals on their website, or sunrises, sunsets, polar bears, mountain lions,,,anything but people. Seriously, us educators see enough of each other already, they don't need to be posted on our bank website as well. These pictures are families or couples, and honestly, people with no spouse or family can do without seeing the blissful poses. It's annoying.On a positive note, like I mentioned, I really appreciate the friendliness of the staff. So much so, that I now have my car, mortgage, checking, and savings at this bank.
