        Bad customer service and they dont have any of the tools that they need to do repairs. No navy blue dye, no belt cutters or belt hole punchers, no small screwdrivers to remove old and attach new buckles. Maybe they just arent willing to help black patrons since it appears theyre entire clientele is white! It used to be easy to find shoe repair shops but now theyve all shutdown and frankly The Cobblers will be next. If you cant figure out how to retain customers, youre done.
