There is a young woman I assume the greeter of sorts but overall her customer service and patience was superior. Ms. Natalie thank you also. You was very understanding and informative. I wish you all the blessings for you as well

3 starts well deserved. I called 800 number and told me that come to the bank as they will give help me. Young le came asked me for ID walked away and came back 5 min later saying they cant see what I was looking for, I asked him if he knew what I was looking for, him being quiet gave the answer I told him what I was looking he walked away again 1 min later saying he cant do it. Im on the phone with 800 number again.

I've done business at a few Chase branches around the Bay Area and I think this one is exceptionally good.
