Good Day to All,I'm an advocate for Probate Court Reform. I'd like to enlighten you on the abuse of power in our Judicial System in Alameda County and nationwide.Unfortunately I am back in the Probate Court System due to my nephew petitioning the court. I'm also an Educator because I want you all to know how the Judicial System is failing WeThePeople in Alameda County and nationwide.In my case already, there is a Conflict of Interest with an attorney named Akele Atkins who represented my now deceased Father, made allegedly bogus amendments to my parent's trust and who returned to represent my nephew against me, to allegedly get paid from our family assets.Alameda County Probate Court in Berkeley financially and elder abused my parent's and I have proof. Attorney Akele Atkins has two horrible reviews by past clients. One reviewer said she is "unscrupulous" have not heard that word in awhile. She allegedly wants to get paid from my parent's estate, that's what this is all about, the money. I'm the Trustee of my parent's Trust and the Berkeley Courthouse allegedly wants to take my Trustee position away and take our wealth away, as they attempted before. Akele appears to be an ally with the Berkeley Probate Court System to bring prey to the Courthouse. What else can it be? Why would they allow her to represent my nephew when she knows all my families personal business through my Father. She will be reported to the State Bar.Is there anyone else out there who is having Probate Court problems from Alameda County? Recently she filed an ex parte to stop me from acting as Trustee and to return MY family's business to her. The law was broken in how Alameda County handled this ex parte. I will be speaking to our Board of Supervisors (Nate Miley, etc.) about the courts unscrupulous actions in all due respect to the public servants, but we must follow the law and be fair to WeThePeople. This attorney completely ruined my life and the life of my little boy. She actually had no idea what she was doing. She took advice from the opposing attorney. She came to court in Berkeley and actually listen to opposing counsel to have the case moved to Oakland, one of the most racist divorce courts in the history of this country. I totally condemn this practice, and if I could be judge, sentence her to life in the pit of hell.Seriously, do not hire this thing for representation... She works against you.
