Mr Ernest Anderson is a very resourceful, and and intelligent family attorney. From the start when I acquired his services there is no BS-ing this guy. He has been in the business for quite some time and from the story that I gave him about what happened with my relationship he knew automatically what happened and why. This gentleman is very knowledgeable, very accommodating, and is a kind-hearted individual. I cannot thank him enough for the job that he did for me. He also went above and beyond his duties and helped me and my children with the place to stay. This guy will always be in my heart and I will do almost anything for this man because of what he's done for me.

This doesn't even warrant a 1 rating. I'm appalled to see that the office is still functioning as a law office despite over half a dozen disciplinary actions against this Mr. Anderson, including 3 "not eligible to practice" in last 40 years and being fully disbarred nearly 5 years ago. Ten years back, at age 78, our mother gathered her courage to discuss the unpleasant subject of composing a trust. She chose reaching out to a local lawyer to make sure everything was done "correctly" so that her children would not have to worry about delays and additional costs if/when we needed to sell the family home, etc.. She borrowed from her savings to pay $750 and detailed every possible "what if" in the office of Mr. Anderson. Mom passed last year and in going through the paperwork, we found that the trust was set up just as she was hoping...however, the paperwork regarding the deed on the family home was never filed with the County. This has led to nearly a six-month delay in being able to list the home for a sale (taking us out of the prime selling season for homes), over $2,000 additional costs, so far, in current legal fees for us to clear this up and get the property cleared through the courts. This level of stress, hassle, and costs was exactly what our mother was trying to avoid, and we are VERY aggravated on her behalf that there's nothing we could/can do about it.

The odd thing about this this attorney is he has been disbarred. Your calls will not be answered most times. You will be left to fight for yourself. Information will come slowly and nerve rackingly. Your best bet is to go to an attorney that can actually fight for you and get things done to help you. A disbarred attorney has no action power and they don't tell you he's disbarred. They tell you he doesn't practice law anymore but he can help with paperwork which doesn't get done either. Save your money and get a full working attorney.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! I came to Mr. Andersons office back in August 2014 to get full custody of my child. for the last two months my child's father has been sitting in jail. Perfect time to get his served with papers. well I have been calling for two months to get the him served. so i can get full custody, and I have gotten no return call from Mr. Anderson or anyone in his office. I have called almost every day and left messages with a lady as well as the answering machine. And nothing from them. Horrible service!!! to this day I still have nothing to show for the money I spent!!!
