We run a small but very business real estate office in down-town Hayward and Ron is our "go-to" guy.  He's busy so you've got to be patient for a call back, but he's well worth it.  He's Hayward's BEST!

I have started a small business in Hayward and was recommended to Mr. Peck.  Our initial meeting went well and he promised to look into specific wording I requested for my LLC.  I did not hear back from him regarding the wording that I needed to create legal documents.  I e-mailed him 2 NDA's for review indicating that I needed his feedback quickly as I was in need of hiring someone to help me.  He immediately responded that he would look at them and get back to me.  That was on 5-31-16 and it is now 7-5-16.  I have called repeatedly and left messages asking him to call me and even attempted to make an appointment, but was told he handles his own calendar.  I left my final message today and will not be attempting to reach him again.  He has crippled the forward movement of my business, but it is my fault for allowing him so much time to get back to me.  I will be looking for a new attorney.  Very disappointing.

Ron Peck has been handling all of my legal work for over 3 decades and is undoubtedly the BEST attorney I've ever had the privilege to work with. I've been a real estate broker since 1977 and have had numerous occasions to need his expertise. Whether it's been setting up trusts and wills for myself or my clients, forming Corporations, L.L.C.'s, partnerships, etc., he has the in-depth knowledge I need.On one occasion,  I really needed a great trial lawyer attorney to fend off a patently frivolous lawsuit from a nut General Contractor who thought he'd go after my so-called "deep pockets (boy was he mistaken on that assumption...lol). Ron handled everything in court and resolved a nightmare that was keeping me up at night faster than I could believe. His presence and stature in the court room against this whack and his attorney was impressive to say the least. On another occasion a real estate agent committed outright fraud, and I sued him. (And I am definitely NOT the suing kid of guy) Ron won my partner Dan and I a handsome award that included a substantial punitive damages award.He stays on point and his fees are far outweighed by what he brings to the table. His advice through the years has been truly priceless.He is busy indeed.....most people great at anything usually are....but he is so worth it. A great attorney and a great human being who is involved in the Hayward community.I HIGHLY recommend Ron Peck for all legal matters.Les Fohl
