I bought Lexus NX300 in Santa Monica dealer on March 2nd 2020, Julie asked me bought lot of warranty cost over $9600 few days later I called ask to cancel all of them that really not necessary, I went to Santa Monica dealer to fill of the cancellation form with Mark, they said will refund the money to me, but until now they still not give me the full refund, for the LAcarguy they never install the tracking system, it's cost $750 and they still not refund to me, I email their general manager Matt about 3 months ago, he also said will refund to me but until now, I still never get the refund, nobody answer my phone and call back, I don't know what I can do next, who can help me? Where I can complain?

Incompetent at best, criminal at worst. Unfortunately we're now having to pursue legal action against this dealership as this issue is still ongoing along with informing the city of Santa Monica of the dealerships predatory finance department.
My girlfriend went in over a month ago to have the title of her leased car transferred from Volkwagen to a company that CarMax would work with so the car could be sold. The dealerships Finance Manager lied about the amount of time this would take, we were told 3 weeks when in reality it's around 3 months meaning three payments will have to be made on a loan with heavy APR. The same Finance Manager was then either let go or fired from the dealership days later and all correspondence to her immediately bounced back. Additionally the dealership included the new registration fees in the loan but did not actually pay the DMV until after the registration expired, meaning that we now need to go down to the DMV in person to get valid registration. They also did not provide a copy of the Credit Report that was likely required to get this new loan which in itself is a violation of California law.
When we finally got a hold of the managers at the dealership they both lied about the amount of time this would take to resolve itself. One of them also promised to send over the cars registration via email which she never did and which she in fact could not do since it's not actually valid.
Over a month and a half later we're still waiting for the issue to resolve itself. The dealership itself likely made around $1,000 by organizing the loan itself but refuses to reimburse my girlfriend by purchasing the car at the CarMax evaluated price + the cost of the first loan payment. We're now stuck as the price of the car drops due to the market.
Avoid this place at all costs.
