We made our purchase last Friday, due to complications from wire transfer, could not pick up the truck until today. We were giving them 2-3 star rating only in the beginning because we were really frustrated that we could not get hold of them to confirm on receiving the money, only to be told to check back in later, however, we are leaving tomorrow early for vacation, wanted to pick up the car before we leave. Then after being so disappointed on the whole experience, we finally got hold of their sales manager Adolfo. He really got the ball rolling, not only he was willing to arrange a last minute home delivery but also repaired the bumper scratch caused in their parking lot before we take the possession within hours. Thank you Southbay Ford! And most importantly thank you Adolfo, you went above and beyond in your customer service that we are willing to change our rating to 5+ starts!!

Very slow service and can not give good time when the oil change will be done. Not a good look not sure if I plan to come back.

I found this dealer by the great reviews at the end of last summer. I contacted them to put in an order in September of 2023 for the 2024 Ford Mustang, and Don Garner contacted me. He was helpful from START to FINISH!! Texts, phone calls, and email. Any questions I had, he had an answer. I picked up my car yesterday, and Marisela did my paperwork. She's awesome!!! Alphonso, the manager, was also very kind. There are NOT any hidden markup fees, and they are very straightforward. Don't have any doubts about this place or the team.
