YOU GUYS ARE MY SAVIORS!!! My mom forgot her passport. Luckily, she only went to Mexico. The manager of this location helped me get it to her. I was freaking out because I wanted it to get to her hotel before her departing flight! They are scheduled to get it there with a day to spare. Im giving this rating ahead of time because Google Maps prompted me, but I also have faith that it will get there on time. The manager took his time to allow me to take my time, which I really appreciate because the address is formatted differently than in the US. I had to call the hotel because my dad had misspelled part of the city name And to make it worse, the person who answered the phone at the hotel didnt understand what I was trying to say or how I was spelling words/saying the names of letters. We were both speaking Spanish; I dont understand what the problem wasmaybe I forgot how to pronounce certain letters. This all increased my anxiety because I feared the manager at the FedEx store might lose his patience and ask me to step to the side until I figured it out, but that didnt happen! He was helping me!
