This hotel is amazing! The location is quiet despite being by the airport. The details and decor are so stunning, it feels like such a high end experience. All the staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. The manager Francine was SO helpful in getting us the proper accommodation we requested and she is a gem here!

I left an expensive cashmere sweater behind in the room on mistake and they never found it. I also checked in at around 2am and waited at the desk for about 15 minutes because there was no one there. I kept calling the hotel, which kept ringing right in front of me. Afterwards, this man who had been eating to the right of us at a table gets up and helps us. I understand he needed to eat but he definitely should have let us know hed attend to us instead of pretending that he was not on the clock. I also called to ask for toothpaste in the morning to which a man said hed send it overwell 30 minutes had passed and there was no toothpaste. I went down to get it myself and the man at the desk was apologetic and did not charge for the snacks I purchased the night before. Still, Id suggest staying elsewhere; there are better places at better prices.
