Stole my wheel locks! Then denied it. Was no help. Take your truck elsewhere. Now Im stuck trying to figure out how Im going to remove my lug nuts and purchase new ones. When I called they immediately denied it without checking with the tech. Customer service sucks at this place. At least ask around and check, dont just say no. Im 100% certain the wheel lock was in the truck. I left it for them the morning of in the cup holder, very visible.

I cant believe I paid 180$. I had to go back-and-forth three times because my car still didnt drive straight on the last time it still wasnt straight but the guy told me thats all he could do for me, when I asked for a refund the owner said oh youre not getting a refund and proceeded to take my car to test drive to tell me that it drive straight only for me to leave home and know it was still steering to the right. I hate this place so much the service here sucks they do not attend you well the reputation is going downhill. This used to be the spot I recommended friends to go to, but not anymore. Im now in 180 and I have to buy two new all-terrain tires each costing 280. They are ruined because of the bad alignment I cannot believe this place just made me waste $750 and made me go through so many headaches if I could give a zero stars I would Im sorry but this is not right people should pay you guys to do the job right once if you dont know the car or familiar with how to align it then say that dont go ahead and take my money and not make it happen for me and make me spend more money and mores and time on you guys if you are looking for a good alignment spot, I really recommend Monrovia alignment. They are the best when it comes to Hondas and all their cars but specifically they tailor to the Honda community. They know the aftermarket not like these clowns.
