I just got a new Hyundai this weekend and was told from Corona Hyundai that I could get a wax and car wash because it was late when I got the car. I called this location since it was 10 min away from me thinking it shouldnt be a problem. The worker said he had to ask his managermanager said no and he hung up. lol. Wow. Great customer service guys.

My Name is Andrew Goodman, I purchase a car on December 17, 2013, some parts of the car were missing at the time they delivered the car to me. I complained, they gave me a DUE BILL, stating they will order the parts. Three months later, no parts, they do not want to return phone calls or messages, salesperson has been very nice and kind Ms. Iris Garcia, but even she tried to get this resolve for me, management are ignoring her and my request. As today March 25th, 2024 I am sending my final request before initiating a legal action. Very disappointed.

After terrible experiences at both Ontario Hyundai (home of the 4 hour oil change) and at Puente Hills Hyundai (They over book and the service writers know less about a car than I do and they don't care thanks to their service manager, Leviticus), I found the best place for the best service, Cardinal Way Hyundai. Hunter and his team are the best at what they do. No pressure for extras and promises kept. Even the bad car wash doesn't take away from the 5 stars. Hey Cardinal Way Hyundai, don't ever change!,, service before profit.

My experience at Hyundai Cardinaleway dealership was marked by several disappointments and frustrations. Despite arriving promptly for my appointment, I was left waiting for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. Once attended to, I endured an additional 30-minute delay for paperwork, attributed to their new system's glitches. Although promised that my car would be ready by noon, I was left hanging without any updates or communication. By 3:50 pm, I received a call informing me that my car was finally ready for pickup. However, upon arrival, it became evident that none of my initial concerns had been addressed. The main screen remained dysfunctional, and despite assurances of necessary parts, no progress had been made. To add insult to injury, they failed to replace the 12V battery, despite it causing issues that required jump-starts. This oversight was particularly concerning, as it posed a safety risk and demonstrated a lack of attention to crucial maintenance needs. Upon returning home, I took matters into my own hands and discovered a simple troubleshooting method that restored the main screen to full functionalitya stark contradiction to the dealership's insistence on a faulty system. In summary, my experience at Hyundai Cardinaleway dealership was marred by delays, unfulfilled promises, and subpar service. Their disregard for customer satisfaction and failure to address critical car issues make them wholly unrecommended in my eyes.
