Keeping Time

I dropped off several things a couple weeks ago, a pair of earrings that needed repairs, a necklace that need to be re-pend anted (I don't know how to describe it), and a pendant and stone that had to be set. Everything was done well, reasonably priced, and Carol was super friendly. My experience here is one of the best I've ever had at a jeweler. No pretentiousness. No pushiness. Carol gives her honest opinions about whether or not something's fixable and gives the best estimate of how much something would cost. She's also got a great eye for what goes well with what. I highly recommend.

This place is awesome near the Food Court. It's a kiosk in the center aisle. I had a Fossil watch with a missing pin and cracked glass. I bought it Macy's several years ago and it is my favorite. I had Macy's send it to their repair center and they wanted $210 to fix it. That's more than what I paid! I had them send it back to me. I found"Keeping Time" Repair and ask the owner at the counter if he would check out my watch get me a new pin and a new glass face cover. He said come back in 20 minutes it'll be $35.00 !! I was truly amazed. I returned in 20 minutes and my watch was done and beautiful ! He even made sure to have the correct date on my watch. The next time I need to watch I'm going back to "Keeping Time" for sure. Best $35.00 I ever spent.

Very honest and down to earth. Highly knowledgeable in his field. Was very kind and informative in showing what was wrong with my watch. Also has a great selection of Casio G Shocks. Prices are fair and honest, has more selections of G Shocks than most retailers at the mall. Believe me lol. I was shocked. Will continue to bring my watches to his shop for repair. Happy customer. 😁
