Me,My mom and my sister came here to return some shoes and a tall woman made up some policy of how when you return something you will be refunded with a check when we payed with cash and I just checked the privacy policy it said Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You should receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.I think that lady was just racist. The worst ever store Ive been too. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

Bought a product from their website. Could not return item because it doesn't fit because their customer service is non-existent. I am hoping this store is not locally owned, but is part of the big brand therefore the 1-star review. Buy beware.
