Very busy location, difficult to access from the freeway, and lots of local traffic. Poor visibility exiting the parking lot onto a major busy street. However, the staff were courteous and the truck and trailer selection is pretty good.

After work here was very friendly and polite and all that good stuff but the minute I asked, can I please use your restroom I was told sorry we dont have a restroom for customers. I cant stand that thats not good Customer Service. I wont be coming to this U-Haul ever again.

We were overbilled. Make sure you double and triple check your receipts for accuracy.

We are using temporary storage boxes from this location. Logistics planning have been a real disappointment from booking through delivery. Today boxes are 70mi from where we were told they would be and wont be available for days, with nobody willing to be accountable for the failures to deliver on schedule. Very unreliable and frustrating process.
