Johanna Basa

Dr. Basa is great, but the staff not too helpful. I had surgery on a Friday was really out of it after. I called the office on Monday to ask on what type of foods I can eat since I was on liquids for 2 days the staff member tells me to call later on since the nurse is with patients, so thats what I did, I called again couple of hrs later and now the staff members says call back tomorrow when someone is here that can help. Very disappointing, wouldnt recommend this office

Dr. Basa was fantastic, kind, and answered questions easily and professionally. The front of house however, is a mess. Mischeduled /Miswritten appointment slips, ignoring customers, bad directions/ communication over phone etc. More than once saw them chatting and another had to interrupt to correct a mistake made because of it.
