Woman's Care at the Pavillion - Francesca Rogers MD

Dr. Rogers saved my babys life!!! She was so supportive and understanding during my super stressful pregnancy and helped care for me holistically, from both a medical and mental health perspective. During my delivery the nurses were not up to par and she set them straight and saved my baby. Her staff is wonderful and attentive. Highly recommend!!

Really unprofessional place that focuses more on aesthetics than patient care. Main doctor is uncaring towards patient concerns, not to mention very conservative on reproductive health measures. Billing department tried to charge me $100 for a $40 appointment because they forgot to add my previous payment to the appointment date. I wouldve loved to stay with an all black womens practice, but my medical care needs to come first and this place could not provide the best care.

Dr. Rogers is fabulous. She seems to really care and takes the time to discuss and explain your health.

I was referred to her by my GP at St Joe's. I find her staff a bit... Standoffish. Not warm. Dr. Rogers is quite smart and efficient. Sadly I find it is very hard to reach the office staff, for results, for appointments, anything; especially when my insurance changed. I felt like they were sure I couldn't pay out of pocket so there was no need to call me back. Finally doctor called me back and claimed that she had a very small office staff and there was no way to get me in last year, although I said I was having issues that concerned to me. She then said well, I'll see if we can get you in post haste and if not we'll set you up for something in 2023. I never heard back from anybody. And that's okay. Moving on. If you don't have the staff or the time to call me back then you obviously don't need my business.
